Courtyard Marriot is the recommended hotel for NAKfest 2010. For those of you that will be staying at the here, the Courtyard Marriot would like to highlight the following hotel policies:
- The swimming pool and whirlpool are open from 6:00AM – 10:00PM and are located outside, behind the hotel.
- The fitness room is located on the first floor and is open 24 hours. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the fitness room. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The Business Center is located in the lobby area and is available 24 hours. Complimentary use of the computer, including boarding pass printing is available to all guests over the age of 14. Please be respectful to all hotel guests and abide by the 30 minute time limit.
- The Twentyfive/92 restaurant is in the lobby and is open for breakfast from 6:30am – 10:00am (Mon-Fri) and 7:00am – 11:00am (Sat & Sun). Room service is available for dinner, and the restaurant is open from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. The Bar & Lounge open daily from 5:00pm – 11:00pm. Our Deli is open from 5:30am-7:00pm daily.
- Please note breakfast is not included in the rate unless specifically contracted. If breakfast was included in your contracted rate, each guest must present a breakfast coupon each morning prior to ordering.
- We request that noise in the hallways be kept to a minimum and have a Noise Curfew of 10:00pm. Any complaints we receive from upset guests due to noise will be assessed to the responsible registered guest.
- We have a strict no-party policy. We do not allow parties in any guest room.
- All Marriotts are proud to be smoke free hotels. A smoking fee of $250 will be assessed to any room found to be smoked in. Please go outside and use the designated areas for smoking. Located in front and behind the hotel.
- All rooms are inspected prior to your arrival. If any excessive cleaning is required in any room, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest a $50.00 cleaning fee. If any damage is found in the room, or items are missing from the room, the guests will be held accountable for the exact charges.
- The housekeeping staff will be granted access to the room between the hours of 9am-5pm for cleaning. If you need your room cleaned at a specific time, please contact the front desk to arrange.
- The Waterside Delicatessen features a Starbucks Espresso Bar, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, danishes and a variety of beverages. Hours of operations are from 5:30am – 7:00pm
- Late checkout requests will be based on the volume of check outs, hotel occupancy and our commitment to accommodate all reservations. All guests still occupying rooms after the given check out time, without prior approval, may be subject to additional charges.
- All guests staying with a group discounted rate must abide by the terms stated above.
